Keepin' it going...

With Phase III now settled (thanks guys), I've now the next 5 weeks to look forward to.

Part IV consists mainly of idle waiting though, as not a heck of a lot can be 'done' until such time as a location is settled upon. Still, I look forward to some reno work as I help those who helped me.
